I know I have an interesting career when several times a week I get a call about… poo. Yes! I am a mother of a toddler, but the really significant poo conversations happen with my clients ~ holistic practitioners. Almost all of the health related concerns today come down to the GUT.
Constipation is one of the most common health concerns today. Ask anyone, “Poo much?” Unresolved gut issues can really prolong the healing process and do cause a large amount of symptoms today. Check out this poo chart for more understanding about your poo.
If you are NOT pooping at least once a day, here are a few tips to consider.
1) Consume pure, clean water. Drink at least half of your weight in ounces every day.
2) Minimize stress. Try yoga or exercise… breathing is also helpful.
3) Eat green leafy vegetables every day.
4) Contact a holistic practitioner for natural alternatives ~ often problems with the liver will hinder a healthy digestive system.
